The 2017call for film submissions:
Films needn’t be explicitly Lovecraftian but they do need to fit somewhere into the broader genre of The Weird. Cosmic horror, dark psychological horror, creature features, cult, and tentacles are all encouraged. Lovecraft adaptations are of course, welcome, as are adaptations of Lovecraft’s literary circle, inspirations, or spiritual descendants, such as: Edgar Allan Poe; Lord Dunsany; Robert Bloch; Robert W. Chambers; Clark Ashton Smith; Arthur Machen; M.R. James; Robert E. Howard; Stephen King; Clive Barker, etc.
With thanks,
