We are currently soliciting advertisements to place in our printed program guide, the booklet that contains the schedule of convention events and maps of the area. This indispensable publication will be repeatedly leafed through by all our attendees and retained as a souvenir afterward, so ads will live on past the convention’s end.

Please note that all approved ads must be paid for and submitted by July 10, but please reach by July 3 to discuss and reserve a space.
